Challen Bonar has a background in Big 4 consulting within the utilities, retail, and public services industries. Bonar has extensive experience in leading and directing the delivery of large enterprise systems integration and process improvement solutions for a variety of organizations. In the past, he served as senior project leader responsible for project budgets up to $10,000,000 with teams averaging 25 resources. Bonar has demonstrated leadership experience and expertise in program/project management, IT strategy, ERP (PeopleSoft and Oracle Financials), finance & performance management, billing, and CIS/call center operations. He is a seasoned, results-oriented leader with the ability to navigate complex environments and focus a team collaboratively to achieve successful results. Bonar holds a B.S. degree in Management/MIS from University of Central Florida.
