 Practice Leader, Financial Services
Dawn Reitz has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has extensive experience in merger integration including the successful completion of the two largest brokerage consolidations in history, business to business integration, and driving significant strategic buy versus build decisions. As a vice president with Wachovia Wells Fargo, Reitz spent the last three years serving as a division information officer with Wachovia Securities in the brokerage IT division. In this role, she led a team of more than a 100 people in multiple geographic locations including offshore and onshore support. She has developed, coached, and led a high performance culture focused on continuous improvement to achieve maximum gains in efficiency, profitability, customer service, and reduction of risk. Reitz received her degree in mathematical sciences from Clemson University.
