Major  Lackey has over 15 years of experience in solving customer challenges associated with performance, change and knowledge management initiatives.  His experience includes sales and leadership roles with publically held software firms in addition to early stage startups.  He successfully led sales efforts for over 5 years at one of the largest training services firms.  During his tenure he designed and delivered custom learning solutions for many of the top pharmaceutical, financial services, and manufacturing companies.  Major is active in his community and church and enjoys life with his family in Raleigh.
