Under Eberle’s superb leadership, NouvEON has propelled itself into the forefront of the Charlotte business scene. “ NouvEON is my first venture from ground up,” Eberle says. “We founded the company in February 2003 without a whole lot of money in the bank or any signed contracts, and have been fortunate enough to grow it substantially for the past five years”. With T.J’s significant executive management skills, NouvEON is growing at excess speed. The company was recently named The Top 5 fastest growing companies by PCI Entrex and was selected for prestigious Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. T.J. Eberle is also making a significant impact in Charlotte community. He serves on the United Way Board of Directors and is active community activities for Leadership Charlotte, NPower, Arts & Sciences Council, and coaching in Youth Sports. Under T.J.’s leadership, NouvEON sponsors many cultural and community events in Southeast region, and NouvEON’s employees are active fundraisers and advisors to non-profit organizations throughout the South East. The Movers & Shakers Awards honors business leaders who demonstrated superior achievements. Over a 20 year career in the information technology, Eberle demonstrated these achievements in Big 5 Management Consulting, private industry and two start-up consulting firms. His entrepreneurial skills are deep as evidenced by successful creation and implementation of several Package Applications practices, spanning multiple ERP/SCM, CRM and Business Process Reengineering solutions.
