NouvEON is launching four knowledge domain areas to enhance client focus by representing its areas of expertise.
NouvEON consultants are recognized as experts in the fields of change management, process improvement, project and program management, and solutions integration. With the launch, each consultant has been assigned to a knowledge domain based on their skills and professional certifications. Brian Connor, Jim Day and Tony Williams were appointed as the new knowledge domain leaders. T.J. Eberle, president and chief executive officer of NouvEON, said, “I am excited about the launch of the knowledge domain areas because it improves client focus, allows NouvEON to better leverage the skills within the whole firm, and enables scalability for the hyper-growth we seek in our future.” NouvEON has experienced a tremendous amount of growth in the past year. It was recognized by the Extrex Private Company Index for its rapid growth for six consecutive quarters and was named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America. “NouvEON has been recognized as a regional thought leader in organizational change management for many years,” said Brian Connor, change management domain leader. “The creation of a formal change management knowledge domain reinforces NouvEON’s strengthened commitment to providing innovative, high impact change management services to its large client base,” he added. Eberle expects NouvEON to continue its growth with the success of this launch and by delivering lasting results from high quality expertise and business value the company provides to clients. |
