Friday, 26 September 2008

Consulting Magazine named NouvEON to its “Best Small Firms to Work For” in the magazine’s seventh annual survey.

The Charlotte-based business and technology consulting firm was the only consultancy firm in the southeast to make the list.

ImageThe annual ranking, sponsored by Consulting Magazine, determines results by a poll of nearly 13,000 management consultants on topics ranging from retention rates and morale to training and benefits. More than 2,000 firms worldwide participated and were ranked based on six categories- career development, compensation and benefits, culture, work/life balance, the job, and leadership.

“As the war for talent heats up in the consulting industry, the challenge has become to deliver better value to clients while also improving the work-life balance of employees,” says James Gunselman, Senior Recruiter.  “This challenge has never been more difficult and the importance of meeting the challenge has never been more critical than in this current period of economic uncertainty.”

One of the phrases we use quite a bit is that, “together, we are making great things happen”, says T.J Eberle, NouvEON president and CEO. The company lives by a set of strong corporate values consisted of teamwork, excellence, attitude, mentorship, relationship, integrity, greatness, health and talent.

The category of the job was strength for NouvEON due to its 100 percent referenceability benchmark.

Image“Every client we’ve done business with over the past five years is a reference for us today,” says Eberle.  “That doesn’t mean that everything is perfect; dealing with people and technology, you will always have challenges. But it’s really our ability to be proactive in our delivery, and the expertise we provide in our engagements and how we partner with our clients to ensure their success.”
