President & Chief Executive Officer

T.J. has significant executive management skills spanning general operations, professional services, sales and marketing, functional and technical project management developed over a 20 year career in the information technology industry. He has proven leadership skills as demonstrated throughout his career in Big 5 Management Consulting, private industry, and two start-up consulting firms. His leadership and entrepreneurial skills are deep as evidenced by successful creation and implementation of several Package Applications practices, spanning multiple ERP/SCM, CRM, and Business Process Reengineering solutions. T.J. also refined his managerial, financial, marketing, and strategic planning skills through attainment of his MBA at Wake Forest University. T.J. is also very active in the community, coaching multiple youth sports teams and serving organizations such as NPower, United Way, and Leadership Charlotte.
