NouvEON was founded in 2003 by T.J. Eberle on the principle of “Value Driven Delivery.” Eberle developed his visionary approach to consulting by gleaning the best practices of top consulting companies and key lessons from start-ups. He worked for two of the largest consulting firms where he was surrounded by some of the best minds in the business, and later for two struggling start-up companies where he learned at the “school of hard knocks.” Eberle’s vision was to blend the talent found in large consultancies with the focus and intimate service provided by small companies. He then applied the common sense of “what not to do” to create a unique type of company that would deliver high quality results with integrity, consistency and accuracy – every time. Today NouvEON is a successful results-oriented business and technology consulting firm whose professionals take responsibility to tailor solutions that effectively address even the most complex business problems - for a growing list of more than 60 clients. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, NouvEON has offices and professional consultants in Raleigh, North Carolina.
